Question 1

Is $29/mo worth it for one truck?

Accepted Answer

Even finding one better-paying load per week covers the fee. Pro exposes true $/mi benchmarks — deadhead cost, fuel rate, market floor — that load boards don't show, so you stop leaving $40–80 per haul on the table. Over a month, that recovered margin adds up to multiples of the subscription cost.

Question 2

Will my data stay private?

Accepted Answer

Your loads, scores, and broker notes are scoped to your account only. LoadQuorum never shares your haul data with brokers, carriers, or any third party. We don't sell data, and your activity is never used to train shared models or benchmarks visible to other users.

Question 3

How accurate are the true $/mi numbers?

Accepted Answer

Each score is computed from the offered rate, estimated fuel cost (live diesel index), deadhead miles to pickup, and lane market rate pulled from freight market data — not a guess. The calculation is transparent: you can see every input that went into the final $/mi figure so you can verify it against your own numbers.

Question 4

What happens if I cancel — do I lose my history?

Accepted Answer

Your score history is retained on the Free tier after cancellation. Pro features (broker grading, weekly forecast) gate at the tier boundary — your data is never deleted. You can re-subscribe any time and pick up right where you left off.

Question 5

How is this different from a load board I already pay for?

Accepted Answer

A load board lists available loads. LoadQuorum tells you whether a load is worth taking: it scores profitability, grades the broker's pay history, and flags lanes trending cold — all before you confirm. It works alongside your load board, not instead of it.
